This website is published by M&L Pool Remodeling and Construction LLC to describe our pool remodeling and pool construction services and to let you request a free quote. By using it, you agree to what is on this page.

The content here is for information. Photographs used to illustrate the services and the pages are stock photography of pool work unless a page says otherwise; our own project media is on the gallery page.

Sending the form, using the chat or calling us is a request — it does not create a contract and does not commit either of us to anything.

Quotes are free and given after we have looked at the actual pool or the actual yard. We do not quote sight-unseen, and no price appears anywhere on this website, because pool work is priced off the specific pool: its size, its condition, the finish you choose and how much deck is involved.

The written quote we give you, once you accept it, is the agreement for that job. Anything on this website that seems to conflict with your written quote loses — the quote is what governs the work.

We serve Southwest Florida — Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers and Cape Coral, Florida. Listing a city means we work there; it is not a guarantee that we are available on any particular date.

Schedules for pool work depend on inspections, material availability and weather, none of which we control. Any dates discussed are estimates unless your written quote says otherwise.

Our referral offer is 10% off your next job when you refer a friend. Mention it when you request your quote so it can be applied. It applies to work done by us and cannot be exchanged for cash.

We keep this website accurate, but descriptions of how pool work is done are general — they describe the trade, not a promise about your specific pool. What we will actually do on your pool is what your written quote says.

Parts of this site are supplied by other companies: the quote form and chat widget, the review widget, the gallery player and the map. We are not responsible for those services being available or for how they behave.

Reviews shown on this site come from the review widget and are written by the people who left them.
