Pool Remodeling & Construction in Fort Myers, FL

Fort Myers has pools of every vintage, which is exactly what makes remodeling here interesting. Established neighborhoods and the older riverfront streets have pools that predate a lot of current practice — shapes, depths and equipment that were normal when they went in and are worth rethinking now.

With an older pool, the important part of the job happens before anything looks better. Once it's drained and stripped you can see what the shell is actually doing: where it's hollow, where it's cracked, where a previous finish was applied over a problem instead of fixing it. Handling that properly is the difference between a resurfacing that lasts and one that comes back.

After that it's the visible work — new waterline tile, coping that sits right, and a deck in pavers instead of a slab that has spent decades in the Florida sun.
