Drain, Strip or Excavate
A remodel gets drained and the old finish, tile and coping come off. A new build gets marked out and dug. Either way, this is when what's really there becomes visible — and we show you what we find.
Build in the Right Order
Shell repairs or steel and plumbing, then waterline tile and coping, then the deck, then the interior finish last so nothing carried across it can mark it.
