Our Process
Design & Free Quote
We walk the yard with you — where the pool wants to sit, how it will be used, what the deck and the screen enclosure have to work around — and put the design and the scope in a free written quote.
Layout & Excavation
The shape is laid out on the ground and checked against setbacks and access before anything is dug, then the excavation is cut to the design.
Steel, Plumbing & Shell
Rebar tied, the plumbing runs and the main drain set, then the shell goes in. Everything that will be permanently buried gets done properly here, because there is no going back to it.
Tile, Coping & Deck
Waterline tile and coping set, then the deck — pavers, or the deck surface the design calls for — poured or laid around the pool.
Interior Finish & Start Up
The interior finish goes on, the pool is filled, the equipment is started and the water balanced — then we hand it over with a walk-through together.
